The ownership of the organisation lies with the ubscribing Members who elect the Board of Directors, CEPA’s governing body. Unlike the board of directors, the subscribing members function as a permanent body of CEPA.
CEPA also invites members or other experts to be attached to the organisation as Associates. Associates have previous work experience with CEPA, either as staff members or consultants. CEPA Associates commit an agreed number of days to support CEPA on various tasks and assignments.
